Original and unpublished papers are solicited for this conference. The file format should be in PDF. ICOC papers will be peer-reviewed by our committees. Papers must be formatted according to the template which is available here.
Submission Choices
Authors have the following submission choices:
1. Abstract (Presentation Only)
2. Full Paper (Presentation & Publication)
Accepted and registerd papers will be invited to give
the oral / poster presentation at the conference.
All submissions will be checked for originality.
Option 1. ABSTRACTS
All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted ones will be invited to give an oral presentation at the conference, the abstract will be included in the conference program but not be published.
Authors choosing this option have to
submit the abstract online.

Option 2. FULL PAPER
All submitted full papers will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted ones will be published into conference proceedings. Authors will be invited to give the oral / poster presentation at the conference.

* Send us the full paper, if you want to publish the paper and give
the oral / poster presentation at ICOC 2021.
* Send us the abstract, if you only want to give the oral / poster presentation
at ICOC 2021.
All accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings, a high visibility online publication, which will be submitted for indexing of Scopus, Ei Compendex, etc.
